How It Works

Witchmark is not a visitor attraction or a commercial observatory. It is my own private observatory, which I open on selected clear nights because I enjoy sharing astronomy with others. Interested guests receive a private booking link when the forecast and observing conditions look genuinely promising.

When I believe the forecast and observing conditions are suitable, everyone on the list receives a private booking link.

Book one of ten places

Tickets are first come, first served. With five telescopes, there are only two visitors per telescope.

Observe and question

I begin with a short introduction, guide the telescope observing personally and finish the evening with hot chocolate and questions.

Guaranteed stargazing and telescope use

Every ticketed evening is built around actual observing. I will guide you through the telescopes, help you find the objects visible that night and give you genuine time at the eyepiece.

I release places only when the outlook supports real observing. If conditions unexpectedly deteriorate before the event, the evening will be rearranged rather than replaced with an indoor-only experience.
